What is root canal treatment?

For teeth that have been treated before but the treatment results are not good:

Root canal shaping before reaching the tooth apex
Root canal irrigation is not clean, there is still dead pulp tissue and dentin debris in the root canal.
The root canal filling is not tight.

In these cases we need to perform root canal treatment again to:

Completely cleans bacteria and dirty dentin in the root canal, avoiding the risk of infection in the apex of the tooth later.
Sealing the root canal prevents bacterial recontamination of the spaces in the root canal.

Examination and X-ray: The dentist will directly examine the patient’s teeth. X-rays are used to accurately diagnose the quality of previous treatment and a specific treatment plan.
Cleaning and anesthesia : Oral hygiene, rubber dam placement, infection prevention during treatment and anesthesia depending on the client’s condition.
Root canal: Re-open the pulp, remove old fillings from previous treatment and remove the pulp in the root canal of the diseased tooth and close the canal
Restoration: Reshaping, irrigation, sealing the root canal system or crowning with porcelain.
